Minister/Spouse Retreat - January 2007

Every year, the Minnesota District of the Assemblies of God puts on a retreat where every credentialed minister is invited to attend with their spouse. We've had a table in the lobby the last couple years and decided we wanted to supplement that with another way to let people know about Life Ministries. So, we put a Hersheys chocolate nugget with a label wrapped around it with our logo and info on every chair in the main meeting area. All in all we put out 500 pieces of candy. Someone donated the money for the candy and we feel good about having an alternative way to be seen. Here's what our table looked like.

Redwood Falls, MN - January, 2007

Ben had a great time imparting what he's learned about praying for people for healing and for seeing what Jesus is doing. This was the first time we had done an all-day teaching session at a church and we were encouraged to continue that format. Many people were ministered to at the altar as you can see here. People were healed after hearing words of knowledge about their conditions and also by responding to the altar calls to come forward for healing. Praise God for the lives that are forever changed!

Redwood Falls, MN January 2007

Here, Micah is teaching on How to Hear God's Voice and leading some worship before the teaching. She thoroughly enjoyed being able to have an outlet for teaching here. With Ben preaching 5 services over the weekend it was good for him as well. Redwood Falls was a very easy place to lead worship. Everyone was very engaged in worship at every service.

Our trip to Springfield, MO - Dec. 2006

In the first part of December, the Minnesota District Council of the Assemblies of God paid for Ben and I to go to an Evangelists Conference in Springfield, MO for a couple days. This is the headquarters of the General Council of the Assemblies of God, so we decided to take a short detour and visit the Pentecostal Heritage Museum. Ben is standing by the sign outside the building and Micah is standing in front of a wall that shows women that were essential to the foundations of the A/G. It was a great trip!

Ben in his new office - Dec. 2006

Here's Ben in his new office at River of Life Church, Sauk Centre, MN. He has greatly enjoyed being on a schedule and having an office outside our home. Working with the church staff has energized him as he's been able to experience working with a team. He's pretty much settled and has been calling pastors, interceding and has already sent out our newsletter for this month. He's a hard worker!

Pictures from our last service at Riverside - Nov. 2006

If you look closely in Ben's picture you can see some "angel orbs" on the right near his head. We have been seeing this phenomena since we went to Brazil in the pictures that we have taken, especially in a service. We have heard this explained as a reflection of the camera's flash on angels in the room, not usually visible to the human eye. The picture of Micah is when she sang "I Need You to Love Me" at the altar time. It was a wonderful conclusion to a service that brought people closer to God in His love.

Utecht Baby Dedication 11-19-06

As evangelists, it isn't often that we can dedicate children unto the Lord, so it was a great honor to dedicate little Jaxon for his parents Jesse & Jaselyn. They are good friends of ours and Ben was able to share some fun stories as well as pray for blessing over their lives.

Ministering the Father's Love - October 29, 2006

Here at the evening service at Park Assembly in St. Louis Park, MN many people received God's love through prayer and by being held. It was an honor to have the senior pastor, his wife and another woman from the church to help minister. The person that Ben is praying for in the first picture was also prayed for by Micah for healing in the morning service. Her condition was pushed back a little, but we're still believing for complete manifestation of her healing.

Brasil healing May 2006

Here's a pastor and his family in Brasil. Their son Daniel was having a recurring problem with his ear that would lead to hearing loss. He would have to go to the doctor and they would give him something that would bring his hearing back, but after a couple months it would happen again. After we prayed for him, he could hear!!

Outreach in Sauk Centre, MN July, 2006

Here's the crew at the county fair outreach in Sauk Centre, MN. We had a booth that offered free prayer for whatever people needed. We were able to pray with several people over the fair time and saw 4 specific documentable healings. It was an amazing time! Pictured from left to right are Judy, Ben, Pastor Steve and Sammy.
